By accessing or using Platera ("the App"), operated by Taim Technologies LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not access or use the App.
Platera is a social recipe and meal-planning application that allows users to create, organize, and share recipes; plan meals for their household; and interact with other users through social features such as public profiles, cookbooks, and friend connections.
You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use Platera. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through Platera, including recipes, images, and comments ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Taim Technologies LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the App.
You agree not to post content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms at our sole discretion.
The App, including its design, logos, trademarks, and underlying software, is the property of Taim Technologies LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without our prior written consent.

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Recipes and nutritional information shared on Platera are user-generated. Taim Technologies LLC makes no representations regarding the accuracy, safety, or suitability of any recipe or dietary information.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Taim Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the App.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
